Text-to-join is a quick and easy way to get registered with an organization using a phone number and unique code given to you. 

If you're having trouble with the process, check the following:

• Does your phone and carrier plan allow you to send and receive text messages?
• Is your cell phone carrier a US or Canadian company? (SMS not guaranteed to work outside of the US and Canada)
• Did you type in the right phone number?
• Did you type the right keyword? 
  • Keywords do not have spaces
  • Keywords are 25 characters or less
  • Keywords have no special characters
  • Did your phone auto-correct your keyword?
• Did you receive a confirmation text?
