How do my members access the group?

Once we add members to a group, they immediately begin to be looped in to all communication related to the group, including emails and/or texts for new announcements, and any comments left by other group members.

A member can click on a keyed link in any message we send them to get dropped right in to your group and respond to an announcement or comment without having to log in. Members can also directly reply to emails or text messages, and their replies will be posted directly to the group board as well as sent out to all other group members.

To make accessing the group easy, include the {{FeedURL}} or {{CalendarURL}} token in your email. Doing so will send a keyed link unique to the member so that they do not need to enter their password. This keyed link can be bookmarked for future access to the group without needing to log in, as well! 

By adding a member to your group, a account is created for that person with their email address or phone number as their username. Once they begin to complete action items or reply with comments, will ask them for their name and to establish a password, and from then on they may also log in to the group by visiting and clicking Log in at the top.
