How can I ask members to RSVP to an event?

Need to know how many people are coming to an event? Add an RSVP to your card to get a head count.

After clicking "New card", choose "RSVP" from the "Action item" menu on the left of the card.

You can also allow members to invite additional people, and limit that number as relevant to the event.

Optionally add in a date you want members to RSVP by, prompting an automatic email to those who do not RSVP in time.

If the RSVP no longer applies after a particular date, you can also set an expiration date so that members will not be notified of incomplete RSVPs after that date when logging in to Unison.

Viewing responses

To view responses, click on the card and then click the three dots to the right of the RSVP. Choose "Manage responses."

Here you will see a list of all of your members.

If a member has not completed the RSVP, the status bubble will be a light blue and the response will not be highlighted. You can complete an RSVP for a member by checking the response. If the ability to invite others is turned on for this RSVP, you will also be able to indicate the number of individuals attending.

If a member has completed  the RSVP, the status bubble will be green and the response will be highlighted. You can see a summary of all responses at the top of the window.

You can email all members who have not completed the RSVP or those who have responded in a certain way by clicking the icon of an envelope in the upper right corner.

If looking for a specific member's response, use the search bar at the top to look for their name.
