How do I pause my subscription?
Pausing a subscription will stop Unison.io from charging your card for that organization. This means you will have access to the groups in that organization until the plan expires.
Pausing an organization plan
1. Click on the "..." to the right of the Organization name in the groups browser.
2. Choose Billing
3. In the Current plan area, click the Pause plan button
4. On the next dialog, choose Yes, pause my plan
Resuming an organization plan
1. Log into your Unison.io account and go to that organization
2. Return to the Billing page in the organization drop-down menu
3. Choose Unpause plan
The organization credit card on file will then be charged. You will get a confirmation of your new plan billing date and gain immediate access to the program.
